Nikki was fantastic in her total involvement and concern for us through the entire process. She structured the sale price to include the purchase of solar panel system that was under a lease. She stayed active in the loan process as an active advocate guiding us and working for us through the loan process. Her positive and energetic attitude kept everything moving forward. Long story short: Nikki is a hard working, dependable realtor with an extensive network. She helped me out of a jam, and saved me from a foreclosure. I will definitely be using her again and highly recommend her services. About two years ago I contacted Nikki hoping she could elp me find a house in the San Diego area. We quickly discovered that the timing was not right for me, but I would come back at a later time to continue looking. A year later, Nikki contacted me to follow up with my status. I informed her that I was currently going through a foreclosure on a house I owned in Oregon. At that point I had contacted many people regarding my situation, and nobody seemed willing to help. Given the situation, the only advice I had received was a recommendation to go into foreclosure. A short sale was deemed highly unlikely and not worth the trouble. When Nikki heard of my situation, she immediately took action. She contacted a team up in Oregon, who put my house up for sale, showed it, and found a buyer within a month. During this time Nikki stayed in constant contact with me. In the end I was able to short sell my house and avoid a foreclosure. The whole process was fairly simple and stress free. The amount of stress and headache Nikki took off my shoulders was significant. I credit her and her team with giving me the opportunity to buy a house within two years as opposed to the five I would have to wait after a foreclosure. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Nikki was a gem helping us find a home. We had a difficult budget, specific needs for an extra space for entertaining, and many other smaller factors that were hard to fill for a house. After looking over 28 houses, we had Nikki go to battle for us. The listers were very responsive to her requests and she was able to entice them to choose our bid over others due to her persistence and drive to find us that perfect home. There is no way to describe Nikki other than a blessing! From the moment I spoke to Nikki on the phone I knew I was in good hands. I was a little on edge and unsure of making such a big step in my life at such a young age without really being educated or aware of what buying a house entails. However, Nikki not only made that fear go away but was patient and kind enough to walk me through the whole process and help me understand what buying a house is all about. Never in my life have I ever met a woman that works so hard in my life! Whether it was an email, phone call, or text she was always reachable. With being in the military my work schedule is super hectic and made getting paperwork that needed to be turned in hard, but Nikki always found away. From the moment we talked on the phone to the moment she put the keys to my first home in my hand she was there every step of the way dedicated to making sure I found a home that I loved. I had to take the time out of my busy schedule to let you know that Nikki did an awesome job, Words can not express the wonderful hassle-free and pleasant experience I had. Although this was my second time buying a home, I had very little knowledge of buying a home on my own, until Nikki came along. She walked me through all the steps, and always asked me questions, to make sure I understood everything. She was always professional, accurate with responses and just did everything anyone could dream of when purchasing a home. She calmed my nerves through the entire process, and I can't thank her enough for that. The follow up after the sale has been awesome. She came to visit and gave me tips on items around my home. I am a local firefighter here in san diego. With my schedule I figured I would never buy anything because of time constraints. When I decided I wanted to start kind of looking around I met Nikki who took me under her wing. Through the entire process I felt like I was her only client. She always dropped what she was doing to answer my questions and completely took on the majority of the hard work. I just showed up at the places of my taste and she took care of the rest. Because it was my first home I was entirely nervous because of all the scamming and financial things we hear about mistrust and hidden prices etc.. The wonderful thing that I really appreciated about her was that she explained every number and every sentence to me and what it meant and assured that I understood it all so that I was comfortable. She didn't even let me sign until she knew I knew what it all meant! Buying my home was truly as enjoyable as living in it.
